Getting better

The Breather is fine. Unfortunately my husband seems to have lost one of the blue discs on the side so I guess we have to order another.

I use the device every morning. I breath in and out more or less at normal depth. Then I do a neck exercise and then back to breathing where I try to fill my lungs using the device and the exhale my lungs as much as I can. After about four years of use I presume I have built up my breathing muscles. I ride a bike about ten miles every day and breathing isn't a problem...

The device is smaller than I anticipated, which is nice. It is easy to carry in a purse or bag while traveling. It is easy to use. The website videos are very helpful.

I don't know if its cheating or not. I want it to work correctly. I was a previous smoker for years.

4 stars only because I just started using it in recent days. This is my second one and I recall good results with the last one I had. Based on that experience I would give it 5 stars. As a physical therapist I'm a big believer in the power of good breathing mechanics.

After 2 rounds of pneumonia this year, I'm left with low oxygen levels and breathing problems. We used the Breather on my son-in-law while he fought long COVID and I'm giving it a try. I'm 7 days in! As a singer, diaphragmatic breathing comes natural to me, hoping for a lot of improvement.

Works great

This is the 2nd breather. The first one I ordered was pink. It lasted for a couple of years and was a good product. I could tell a difference between the settings 1-5 intake and out. With the blue there is not much difference between the numbers 1-5 on intake or out. The first one was much better.

I purchased the original Breather after havingCovid. About 3cyears ago. I was quite short of breath with minimal exercise. Ipurchased the FIT, to help increase my endurance and further strengthen my lungs and breathing muscles.

This works as described and as advised by my therapist.

Works great no problems whatsoever

Using this for multiple reasons. I have mild emphysema and recently just quit vaping. Drawing in air on the Breather emulates a vape and it helps me miss the whole hand holding to mouth routine. I love it!

So far, after using it for two weeks, it works like I expected and hoped. The product is simple to use, and provides the air resistance, which is supposed to exercise and build my lungs. I started out with a setting of 1 for inhale and exhale. After one week I upped the setting to 2 for each dial. This week I am hoping to up the settings to 3. Still to early to judge the positive impact on my breathing, but I’m willing to continue for my health.
