1 Year Warranty
PN Medical guarantees that your Breather device will be free from manufacturing defects for (1) one year from the date of purchase. This applies only to devices that were purchased from PN Medical or a PN Medical-authorized reseller unless otherwise prohibited by law. This warranty can be extended to (2) two years if you activate your device at (http://thebreather.com/pages/unlock).

Warranty Limitations
PN Medical reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
This warranty does not cover any defects due to normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
