Welcome to The Breather Affiliate Program. By joining our program, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below. These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you (“Affiliate,” “you,” or “your”) and PN Medical, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “The Breather”).
Program Overview
The Breather Affiliate Program is designed to allow approved affiliates to promote and earn commission on qualified product sales through unique tracking links and coupon codes.
Eligibility
To participate in our affiliate program, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid email address and payment method
- Maintain an active and public platform (e.g., social media, blog, or website)
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FTC guidelines for affiliate disclosures
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Commissions
You will earn a commission on qualified purchases made through your affiliate link or coupon code.
- Commissions are based on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, returns, and discounts).
- Payouts are processed on a [monthly/bi-weekly] basis once a minimum threshold is met.
- Commission rates may vary by product type or promotion.
We reserve the right to withhold commissions on fraudulent, canceled, or refunded transactions.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Bid on branded keywords (e.g., “The Breather”) in paid ads
- Misrepresent The Breather or make unapproved health claims
- Use spam tactics, cookie stuffing, or misleading redirect links
- Post your affiliate code on coupon sites or deal forums
- Purchase through your own link (“self-referral”)
Violation of these rules will result in immediate removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.
FTC Compliance
You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship whenever you share your link or code, in accordance with FTC guidelines.
Example: “As an affiliate, I may earn a commission from purchases made through this link.”
Intellectual Property
You are granted limited, non-exclusive rights to use The Breather brand assets provided via our affiliate dashboard or official marketing kits.
You may **not** edit or modify our logo, images, or product claims without written consent.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate access at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited at our discretion.
Limitation of Liability
We make no guarantees regarding your earnings. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation.
Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program after changes means you accept the new terms. The current version will always be available at https://thebreather.com/pages/affiliate-terms.
